Obeclox clobenzorex 30 mg is an anorexic medication and belongs to the amphetamine group. The active ingredient is Clobenzorex – an adrenoreceptor agonist. 

Clobenzorex tablets

Clobenzorex is a sympathomimetic amine with pharmacological activity similar to that of other drugs used for the treatment of obesity. It acts on the ventrolateral nucleus of the hypothalamus, increasing the release of norepinephrine and dopamine, and decreasing its reuptake in the presynaptic nerve endings, the above, has the effect of increasing norepinephrine concentrations. Norepinephrine decreases appetite by activating α-4 and β1 receptors in the hypothalamic nuclei.
